会場のWard-Nasse Gallery は約37年間、SOHOで店を構える老舗の画廊で有名です。SOHOのPrince streetに面し、1階のフロアーです。約200人のアーティスト達が所属している会員制画廊（コアップ）です。New Yorkのアーティスト達も賛同し、本展に出品参加します。オープニング・パーティーは盛大に開かれます。

JCAAに搬出代行を依頼される場合は参加申込書にその旨記入され、代行料2,000円を納入して下さい。但し、返送料は依頼者負担となります。
指定の搬出日より2週間連絡が無い場合は廃棄処分と致します。

● 作品の破損・盗難 ●
JCAAは作品の運搬、管理、展示、返却等において最善の注意を払いますが、災害・盗難・破損その他の不測かつ不可避の事態については一切の責任を負えません。心配な場合は各自損害保険等にご加入ください。
● 作品の販売 ●
販売価格（上代）の上限は15万円といたします。15万円を超える場合は申し出て下さい。作品が売れた場合、販売価格に対し作家が60%、画廊側とJCAAが40%の配分となります。※申込書の価格記入欄には必ずご記入下さい。展覧会1週間前迄に作品価格の提示が無い場合は非売扱いと致します。
● 費用納入方法 ●
出品料およびその他の諸経費はJCAA指定の下記口座へ電信扱いでお振込み下さい。現金書留は一切受け付けられません。また、一旦納入された費用は返還されず他項目への充当も出来ませんのでご了承下さい。

**AVERTISSEMENT**
Lisez
attentivement
DOUANE
(envoi par courrier à l'etranger)
La JCAA
vous conseille de ne pas déclarer les prix de vente
reels à la douane (déclarez comme "cadeaux",
jamais comme "marchandise"). Dans le cas contraire,
vos œuvres seraient imposables de taxes douanières
(droit de douane, impôts, commission,etc.) proportionnelement
aux prix déclarés et vous devrez régler
les taxes. Lors de la déclaration, nous vous conseillons
d'indiquer un montant de moins de 60 euros (plafond pour
transiter). Ce prix est simplement pour la douane. Inscrivez
les véritables prix de vente sur le formulaire
d'inscription.
Les œuvres bloquées à la douane seront
renvoyées chez les artistes.Pour tout renseignement,
n'hesitez
pas a nous contacter.
DETERIORATION
ET VOL
Bien que
la JCAA apporte une attention minutieuse à la gestion
des œuvres, la JCAA décline toute responsabilité
en cas d'imprévu. En cas d'inquiétude, il
est préférable de contracter une assurance.
La JCAA décline toute responsabilité en
ce qui concerne la détérioration
de l'emballage.
PENALISATION
Respectez
bien les dimensions indiquées. Si votre œuvre
dépasse le format indiqué,
JCAA vous demandera un supplément à
régler, allant de 20 à
150 euros.
REGLEMENT
Les frais

un autre article.La JCAA ne peut accepter les chèques.
Le paiement s'effectue par virement banquaire.Par la suite,

Please pay attention that you should pay all of
the commission needed to transfer money to Japan.
When you transfer money please say that you will
pay all commission to the bank employee. If you
don't pay that fee ,the bank in Japan (Citibank)
ask us to pay that. And the amout of commission
change after the bank of Japan receive that.( They
ask us to pay generally ￥6,000→63.15
dollars . So you should pay the commission in your
country not us in Japan. And please choose the bank
well known in the world. That'll be nice.We'll show
you the example of the form of bank transfer to
describe about the commission. But please follow
the rule of your bank.

to all participants by letter. JCAA distributes
the certificate to prizewinners at the private view
of 35th Artex New York of JCAA.

We recommend
you strongly not to declare the real price of your work
at customs (declare it as a "gift", never as
"marchandise"). In the contrary you will have
to pay tax (duties) to customs proportionally to the
price you declare. We advice you to declare the value
of the work is under 70$. This price is only for customs,
indicate the real price on application forms. Works
which would be blocked at customs would be send back
too your place.

DETERIORATION
& THEFT
Althought
JCAA pay attention carefully on your works, those kind
of things can happen. However we won't take any responsibility.
If you worry about the security of you work we advice
ou to take an insurance.
JCAA also decline all responsabilities about deterioration
of the package.
PENALTY
Respect
carefully the maximum dimensions. If your work is bigger
than what is indicated on the application you will have
to pay extra, between 24 to 180$.
PAYMENT
Once paid,

ART EXPO N.Y.は1978年に発足され、毎年、春にアートコレクター・バイヤーなど約3万人が来場する世界最大のアートフェアです。JCAAは1984,
1985, 1989, 1990, 1991, 2010, 2011と7回の出品参加の実績があります。是非、NYで歴史あるこのアートフェアの出品参加に挑戦して下さい。

2012年4月23日（土） JCAA事務局より各自搬出して下さい。時間に関しては事前に連絡下さい。
JCAAに搬出代行を依頼される場合は参加申込書にその旨記入され、代行料2,000円を納入して下さい。但し、返送料は依頼者負担となります。
指定の搬出日より2週間連絡が無い場合は廃棄処分と致します。

作品の破損・盗難 ●
JCAAは作品の運搬、管理、展示、返却等において最善の注意を払いますが、災害・盗難・破損その他の不測かつ不可避の事態については一切の責任を負えません。心配な場合は各自損害保険等にご加入ください。
●
作品の販売 ●
販売価格（上代）の上限は15万円といたします。15万円を超える場合は申し出て下さい。作品が売れた場合、販売価格に対し作家が60%、画廊側とJCAAが40%の配分となります。※申込書の価格記入欄には必ずご記入下さい。展覧会1週間前迄に作品価格の提示が無い場合は非売扱いと致します。
●
費用納入方法 ●
出品料およびその他の諸経費はJCAA指定の下記口座へ電信扱いでお振込み下さい。現金書留は一切受け付けられません。また、一旦納入された費用は返還されず他項目への充当も出来ませんのでご了承下さい。

NEW YORK aure lieu du 22 au 25 Mars 2012 à
PIER 94(12th Ave. 55th St.) à New York.
L'ART EXPO N.Y. a commencé en 1978 et au
chaque printemps les collecteurs et les acheteurs
d'art (environs 40,000per.) visitent. C'est le
plus grand festival d'art dans le monde. L'année
prochaine, JCAA a décidé de nous
y rejoindre depuis 20 ans à la suite de
1984, 1985, 1990, 1991, 2010 et 2011. Les membres
de la JCAA et les artistes sélectionnés
par la JCAA ont de la chance d'y participer avec

JCAA vous conseille de ne pas déclarer
les prix de vente reels à la douane (déclarez
comme "cadeaux", jamais comme "marchandise").
Dans le cas contraire, vos œuvres seraient
imposables de taxes douanières (droit de
douane, impôts, commission,etc.) proportionnelement
aux prix déclarés et vous devrez
régler les taxes. Lors de la déclaration,
nous vous conseillons d'indiquer un montant de
moins de 60 euros (plafond pour transiter). Ce
prix est simplement pour la douane. Inscrivez
les véritables prix de vente sur le formulaire
d'inscription.
Les œuvres bloquées à la douane
seront renvoyées chez les artistes.Pour
tout renseignement, n'hesitez
pas a nous contacter.
DETERIORATION
ET VOL
Bien
que la JCAA apporte une attention minutieuse à
la gestion des œuvres, la JCAA décline
toute responsabilité
en cas d'imprévu. En cas d'inquiétude,
il est préférable de contracter
une assurance. La JCAA décline toute responsabilité
en ce qui concerne la détérioration
de l'emballage.
PENALISATION
Respectez
bien les dimensions indiquées. Si votre
œuvre dépasse le format indiqué,
JCAA vous demandera un supplément à
régler, allant de 20 à
150 euros.
REGLEMENT
Les
frais une fois payés
ne seront ni remboursés, ni affectés
à
un autre article.La JCAA ne peut accepter les
chèques. Le paiement s'effectue par virement
banquaire.Par la suite, vous devez envoyer une
photocopie du bordereau de virement à
notre bureau. En cas d'oubli, il est possible
que la JCAA ne puisse accepter l'inscription.
DIVERS
Vous

the 34th ART EXPO NEW YORK which will be held
in March 2012 at "PIER 94" -12th Ave.
At 55th St.-New York City. The ART EXPO N.Y.
started since 1978 and every spring, the collectors
and the buyers of art (about 40,000per.) visit.
This is the most biggest art fair in the world.
JCAA has already joined 7 times from 1984, 1985,
1989, 1990, 1991, 2010 and 2011. The members
of JCAA and the selected artists by JCAA have

Please pay attention that you should pay all
of the commission needed to transfer money to
Japan. When you transfer money please say that

If you don't pay that fee ,the bank in Japan (Citibank)
ask us to pay that. And the amout of commission
change after the bank of Japan receive that.(
They ask us to pay generally $77.)
So you should pay the commission in your country
not us in Japan. And please choose the bank well
known in the world. That'll be nice.We'll show
you the example of the form of bank transfer to
describe about the commission. But please follow
the rule of your bank.

JCAA also decline all responsabilities about deterioration
of the package.
PENALTY
Respect
carefully the maximum dimensions. If your work is bigger
than what is indicated on the application you will have
to pay extra, between 24 to 180$.
PAYMENT
Once paid,
fees won't be pay back. |

of work
When work is sold
during the exhibition, the artist will receive 60% ; the
40% left go to JCAA and to the gallery
Exhibition
Report
A report will be
send to all the participants.
