●グラフィック・写真・版画のフレーム／事務所でフレームを用意する。サイズについて、事務局に問い合わせて下さい。
●写真パネル／日本画のパネルの厚みは1.8cm程度なので、これを使い作品写真を貼り込むのも良い。
●規定違反作品について／作品に額を付ける場合でも必ず規定サイズ内に収める事(厚み共)。規定サイズに違反した作品は、公平性に鑑み追加料金(ペナルティ料)を申し受けます。

作品形状／プリント、版画類はマットのみで、額は絶対につけないでください。JCAA が現地でフレームアップを行います。
ペインティング（キャンヴァス）も額をつけないで下さい。
サイズ違反をされた場合、他の作家との公平性を鑑み追加料金を頂きます。

2010年6月12日(土)
11:00 -18:00、JCAA事務局まで搬入して下さい。
＊搬入時に作品裏面に作品票が添付されていない場合は作品返却不可。作品梱包時に必要書類を荷物に絶対封入しないで下さい。
またJCAAより会場への作品の運送は混載となりますので、作家搬入時の外装（梱包材、包装紙等）は廃棄いたしますのでご了承下さい。

JCAA事務局より各自搬出して下さい。時間に関しては事前に連絡下さい。
JCAAに搬出代行を依頼される場合は参加申込書にその旨記入され、代行料\2,000を納入して下さい。但し、返送料は依頼者負担となります。
指定の搬出日より2週間連絡が無い場合は廃棄処分と致します。

●作品の破損・盗難●
JCAAは作品の運搬、管理、展示、返却等において最善の注意を払いますが、災害・盗難・破損その他の不測かつ不可避の事態については一切の責任を負えません。心配な場合は各自損害保険等にご加入ください。
●作品の販売●
販売価格（上代）の上限は10万円といたします。作品が売れた場合、販売価格に対し作家が60%、画廊側とJCAAが40%の配分となります。申込書の販売価格記入欄は必ずご記入下さい。展覧会1週間前までに作品価格の提示が無い場合は非買扱いと致します。(非売も可)
●費用納入方法
出品料およびその他の諸経費はJCAA指定の下記口座へ電信扱いでお振込み下さい。現金書留は一切受け付けられません。また、一旦納入された費用は返還されず他項目への充当も出来ませんのでご了承下さい。

salon international de la 32ème ART EX
SEOUL aura lieu du 7 au 13 juillet 2010 à
la Gallery Godo qui se situe dans le quartier
de Jongno-gu à Seoul. Ce quartier est le
centre ville de la Corée. Il est connu
comme la ville par les momuments historiques,
l'université de Seoul etc, et il est aussi
visité par de nombreux touristes.
Comme toujours, nous procédons à
un pré-examen afin d'assurer la qualité
de l'exposition. (Les membres de JCAA et les artistes
sélectionnés par JCAA sont spécialement
exemptés de passer le pré-examen.)
Nous désirons sincèrement que ARTEX
continue à présenter des œuvres
remarquables dans le monde entier, tout en se

**AVERTISSEMENT**
Lisez
attentivement
DOUANE
(envoi par courrier à l'etranger)
La JCAA
vous conseille de ne pas déclarer les prix de vente
reels à la douane (déclarez comme "cadeaux",
jamais comme "marchandise"). Dans le cas contraire,
vos œuvres seraient imposables de taxes douanières
(droit de douane, impôts, commission,etc.) proportionnelement
aux prix déclarés et vous devrez régler
les taxes. Lors de la déclaration, nous vous conseillons
d'indiquer un montant de moins de 60 euros (plafond pour
transiter). Ce prix est simplement pour la douane. Inscrivez
les véritables prix de vente sur le formulaire
d'inscription.
Les œuvres bloquées à la douane seront
renvoyées chez les artistes.Pour tout renseignement,
n'hesitez
pas a nous contacter.
DETERIORATION
ET VOL
Bien que
la JCAA apporte une attention minutieuse à la gestion
des œuvres, la JCAA décline toute responsabilité
en cas d'imprévu. En cas d'inquiétude, il
est préférable de contracter une assurance.
La JCAA décline toute responsabilité en
ce qui concerne la détérioration
de l'emballage.
PENALISATION
Respectez
bien les dimensions indiquées. Si votre œuvre
dépasse le format indiqué,
JCAA vous demandera un supplément à
régler, allant de 20 à
150 euros.
REGLEMENT
Les frais

un autre article.La JCAA ne peut accepter les chèques.
Le paiement s'effectue par virement banquaire.Par la suite,

DIVERS
Vous trouverez

コンテンポラリーアート協会(JCAA)は1984年に創立され、その活動の記録として、コンテンポラリーアート年鑑1992年発行以来、3巻を発行致しました。引続き、今年もvol.4
2010年版を発刊する事となりました。JCAAは時代の変動に対応し向き合い、変貌し続けてきました。26年間には延べ約1,000人のアーティストが活動を共にし、その歴史は日本の現代美術の歴史そのものだと言って過言でないと思われます。本年鑑は客観的な視野で、より今日的な活動者である日本人作家と若干の新鋭欧米作家を加え、80名を厳選して、作品写真を掲載し紹介ます。又、JCAAの26年間の活動ドキュメントを付記して発行・編集します。

審査結果は1週間以内に郵送にて通知致します。
審査をパスした方は掲載申込みの手続を行って下さい。
注)作品のクオリティーが劣る場合は、作品写真の掲載が認められない。

Les 100 artistes sélectionnés pour l'art contemporain,
les artistes japonais en ajoutant aussi les nouveaux artistes
étrangers, nous nous demandons ce que c'est que l'art
contemporain.

Contemporary Art Association(JCAA) a été
fondée en 1984.Et on a atteint la 26ème
année de notre fondation. Depuis 1992, on a
publié 3 volumes. A la suite de vol.3, on a
décidé à publier vol.4
pour l'année prochaine(en 2010). Pendant
26 ans JCAA faisait face au changement de l'époque,
et a continué à changer lui même.
Ensuite pendant 26 ans,à peu près 1,000
artistes du monde entier ont participé à
notre activité et cela vaut l'histoire de l'art
contemporain du Japon. Cet annuaire sera formé
avec les 100 artistes, artistes japonais en ajoutant
artistes étrangers sélectionnés
spécialement pour cet ouvrage. On va aussi
mettre le document de l'histoire de l'activité
de 26 ans de JCAA.

mettre dans cet annuaire (les photos ne seront pas renvoyées
à l'artiste)

- la photocopie du bordereau de paiement de votre virement
de 20 euros.
Vous pouvez nous adresser les photos par e-mail au format
JPEG.
JCAA vous informera immédiatement
du résultat du pré-examen
par la poste ou E-mail.

Artists, Japan Contemporary Art Association(JCAA)
was established in 1984. We achieve the 26th anniversary
of the establishment of JCAA. Last year, we have
published “Contemporary Art Annual vol.3”. Continually
this year also, we decided to publish vol.4 for
the next year (in 2010). During 26 years, JCAA has
faced the change of the age and about 1,000 total
artists have worked with JCAA. We can say that the
history of JCAA coresponds almost with the history
of the Contemporary art of Japan. For this Annual,
we will select 100 artists included japanese and
foreigners.We will also put the documents of JCAA's
history etc , in this annual.

that you want to publish ( The photograph is not sent
back to artist ), examination application form and a copy

fee of $24 to the JCAA's office. JCAA will inform you
directly the result of pre-examination by mailing. The
artist who passed the pre-examination must follow a procedure
for the publishing application.
ATTENTION : When the
quality of the work is inferior or when there is socially
a problem. There is a thing that publishing of the work
photograph isn't admitted, too.
